The founder and owner of Oceanvale Mortgage & Finance, Nolan Smith, was born and raised in Nanaimo. He understands the importance of community and giving back. A portion of every dollar earned goes back into the community via many avenues. We love to hold free events for people to attend (check out Starlight Movie Night), we support kids in sports by assisting them getting the gear they otherwise might have a tough time purchasing, we sponsor many local events like International Woman’s Day, charity golf tournaments, youth sporting programs and anything else that helps our city mates out.
